Having been receiving care from a different provider, One to One took over my homecare and come to visit me four times a day
I have been diagnosed with MS and am confined to a wheelchair, but my carers ensure that every day tasks that I can no longer do myself are done on a daily basis.
I very much appreciate the consistency of my main regular carers – it means you get to know everyone properly and this makes the care more personal.
I enjoy having time to read and do word searches, and my care plan means I no longer have to worry about daily tasks which I would find impossible to do by myself.
