Our Team

Titleworth One to One is made up of a dedicated, friendly and highly committed team of carers, some of whom have been with the company for up to 16 years.

We are made up of a team of experienced staff comprising of a Registered Manager registered with CQC, who has been with the company for over 10 years.  A care co ordinator who has worked in the care sector for over 15 years with a variety of knowledge.  A monitoring officer who is dedicated to ensuring quality is maintained through the services we provide and has been a care assistant and progressed to gain experience required for this role.  As well as a team of care assistants with varying experience and skills to suit the needs to the service users we provide for.

Below are introductions to just a few of them:

Sue Wheeler is a Senior Care Assistant, a role which involves inducting new carers, as well as helping service users with washing, dressing and daily tasks to enable them to remain in their own home for as long as possible. Sue has been with Titleworth since 1997, joining the company as a Care Assistant having previously worked in a nursing home.

John King has been with Titleworth since 2006, and works as a Care Assistant helping service users with shopping, housework and personal care. Having worked previously for another domiciliary care agency for three years, John’s experience means he understands the flexibility and empathy required in his work.

Maria Nye
has worked as a Care Assistant for Titleworth One to One since 1996, helping elderly and disabled people in their homes with daily tasks and personal care, alongside providing all-important company to service users. With a history in homecare that pre-dates her time at Titleworth, Maria is hugely experienced in her work.

Rubika Yathavakulasingham has been with us as a Care Assistant since 1997, after spending four years working in a nursing home, a role in which she became familiar with the complete spectrum of personal care needs, both physical and emotional.
