Titleworth One to One provides a round the clock service for local people who need help with daily activities within their own home, and includes overnight telephone support services.
Our aim is to help maintain the independence and quality of life of those we support, and as with our residential services, One to One care standards are extremely high. Our core care staff are highly trained, experienced, friendly and capable.
Our services include personal care (washing, toileting, dressing and oral hygiene), palliative care (care of the terminally ill), night sits, sleepovers and relief care (allowing the service user’s main carer to be away), and we can also carry out light housework, shopping and pension collection.
Care does not stop at 5pm, at weekends or during holidays. Our phones are manned until 10.30pm every day, and during the period of 10.30pm to 07.00am, a voice mail service is available to help service users get the support they need. If we cannot respond immediately, we will arrange an appropriate and timely response as soon as is possible.
