Bank Domestic Assistant
Working as a Bank Domestic Assistant in a Nursing/ Care Home setting you will work as a member of a team providing cleaning support within the home by keeping the home clean and tidy and in a condition that would fall within the guidelines as set by the CQC and the management team in relation to H & S and Infection Control.
Responsibilities include:
1. General cleaning duties to a level, which enhances the wellbeing of the residents.
2. Cleaning of communal areas and bedrooms in compliance with COSHH regulations and as directed.
3. When cleaning residents bedrooms, check for any defective bulbs or faults on curtain tracks, etc. Inform the Home Manager who will in turn take the necessary action.
All posts are available on Bank basis.
Full on the job training is provided as required.
Previous experience in a care setting is useful but not essential.
