History
When the Local Health Authority came to us in 1993 outlining a gap in the provision for those needing home care, we developed One to One Homecare, which in 1996 became Titleworth One to One.
Our care and support team have worked with us for anything from 1-16 years, with most on average having being with the company for four years upwards. We deliver a personal service through which those we support can get to know their carers long term, and our staff always go the extra mile to ensure that care is consistent and flexible, progressing as the needs of those we care for evolve.
Titleworth has consistently been awarded the Investors in People Award, and last year gained a certificate of commitment from RCC (Relationships, Care, Community) for our work towards their Domiciliary Standard. In 2009 we expanded our services to include ‘ABI Buddies’, which offers support to those living at home with acquired brain injuries.
